EYE & GreenerEU 2050

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) is a European Union program that promotes cross-border exchange between new entrepreneurs (New Entrepreneurs – NE) and experienced business owners (Host Entrepreneurs – HE). The program allows NEs — aspiring or newly established entrepreneurs with less than three years of experience — to spend between 1 and 6 months in another European country, learning how to run a business while developing their own entrepreneurial project.

Unlike a traditional internship, the program is not only focused on training the NE, but also on supporting the concrete development of their business idea. During their stay, the NE contributes at least 5 hours per week to activities agreed with the host company, while also continuing to work on their own project, benefiting from the host’s experience and network.

For businesses, joining the program is a strategic opportunity to attract motivated young talent with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for innovation. The host company does not incur any direct costs, as the NE receives a monthly financial support from the EU to cover their living expenses. In return, hosts gain fresh ideas, creative input, and the chance to build long-term international collaborations, helping to strengthen a more dynamic and resilient European entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Participating in the program means investing in the future of innovation in Europe, creating value both for your own business and for the next generation of entrepreneurs.
