After her studies, Laura Baciu has been supporting in Administrative processes, EU Funding Applications and Coordination of key Partnerships. Her work has been highly appreciated by the CEO and cherishes her work continuously. 

During her studies she has conducted an internship at GreenerEU in which she has supported in creating the Virtual Roundtable Series and contacted over 50 MEPs through email marketing and digital networking processs she has been taught at GreenerEU after her excellent work she has continued working for GreenerEU as a freelancer until she has received an offer to work with EU institutions. 

Enea starting working with GreenerEU after his High School Diploma during the SMAPS workshops with the public schools in Venice which were funded by the PNRR. Today, Enea is passionate about GreenerEU and supports with on-site delivery, coordination of activities and is a great adhesion to the team. He is now studying Technology & Design at the University of Venice and helps the Team as occasional freelancer.

Whenever possible, she personally delivers products to stores and actively follows up on sales performance by visiting shops directly, maintaining strong and authentic relationships with vendors and partners. This same proactive and personal approach will also be expected during activities and events abroad, including in Berlin.
Another important part of the internship will involve working with the WIX platform and supporting the company’s email marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include scheduling campaigns, managing launch dates, monitoring analytics such as open rates, and following up with clients who engaged with the emails in order to understand their restocking needs and quantities.
Attention to detail is essential: when preparing email campaigns, it is very important to carefully select the correct customer groups and mailing lists. Taking time to become familiar with the platform and understanding how to communicate effectively with different types of clients will be a key part of the role.
In addition, the internship will also include exposure to European project development and grant writing activities, which Isabella manages together with her collaborator Laura. This aspect of the work requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work carefully within strict deadlines and structured project timelines.
This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, proactive, and willing to put themselves out there by building real relationships with customers, partners, and collaborators in an international and fast-paced environment."
